Bill Veltrop is a senior
social architect in the fields of organization design, learning and change. A pioneer in organic learning community approaches to leadership development, he has designed and led numerous generative leadership learning expeditions. Bill’s professional background includes over 35 years of innovative organization design and large-scale change experience in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Far East, both as an internal and an external consultant. Bill is deeply committed to (1) the re-invention of our social systems: education, health care, commerce, governance, media, agriculture, etc., and (2) their focus on the city &/or region as the appropriate
unit of designfor evolving more generative social architecture.
Bill is a co-founder of the Monterey institute for Social Architecture.
Max Shkud brings to GlobalGEA his extensive corporate experience in management, product development, and organization development and change. During his career at Snapfish and later HP, Max led several large scale, division-wide initiatives focusing on business transformation, culture change and process design. In 2009, after completing an advanced degree in Organization Development at Pepperdine University, Max chose to dedicate himself to his deep passion for social architecture and generative social system design, which he considers his life’s work. Max firmly believes that reinventing the social architecture of our systems is our most potent lever for solving today’s many crises, and a sure pathway to unimaginable prosperity and wellbeing for humanity and all life on this planet.
